Yes. When you buy a voucher, you can set the exact amount. The voucher or value remaining on the voucher may not be sufficient to cover the entire cost of a ticket. In this case, an extra payment may be necessary.

How do I redeem my voucher?
Start the order process (“Shopping cart”) by entering the 13- or 14-digit voucher code in the field “Redeem voucher code”. Then click on “Redeem”, and the value of the voucher will be deducted from the total amount in your shopping cart. You may also redeem several vouchers at once when ordering a ticket.

How long is my voucher valid for?
Reservix vouchers are valid until 31 December of the third calendar year after issue. For example, if a voucher was issued in June 2022, it can be redeemed until 31 December 2025. Vouchers are not personalised and can be transferred to any person. It is not possible to receive a cash payment or refund if you lose or damage the voucher. Values remaining on the voucher cannot be paid out in cash. You may not use a voucher to purchase another voucher.
